A Nature’s Parable

by Yanran Wang, Donghao Liu, Tingfeng Hu, Yaling Cao

This project explores the mysteries of the life cycle through a unique perspective, where the interaction of the audience's gestures with the leap motion reveals a transformative journey from human life to the life of trees in nature.

1.Origin of Life The tree suggest that the origin of life may have evolved from simple biological forms gradually. The origin of life is not limited to specific forms or species, but is a broad life force capable of flowing between different forms.

2.GrowthThe transformation of trees into humans illustrates the process of life's growth and development. This transformation expresses that life is a continuous process of development and evolution. Life is not static but constantly evolving and developing.

3.DecayAfter the transformation of trees into humans, the form disperses, symbolizing the decline and end of life. However, decay is not the end but rather a preparation for the arrival of new life.

4.Rebirth Finally, the particles reassemble into a tree, returning to its original form, which reflects the regeneration and cyclical nature of life. Life is not linear but rather a continuous cycle, restarting after its conclusion. This represents the timeless vitality of life.
